Sparco side mounts for the Evolve Pro endurance kart seat. Part number SG02401NRRS.
These are the brackets that carry a kart shell to a rig frame. A sim seat arrives with side fixings and nothing to bolt it to, and a general purpose car side mount is usually the wrong length and the wrong height, because a kart shell is narrower and sits lower than a car seat.
Specification
Steel, finished in red.
Steel rather than alloy is the sensible choice on a rig. There is no weight argument to make, and the seat takes constant load from somebody climbing in and out plus whatever the belts are doing, so stiffness is worth more than grams.
Getting the position right
Set the seat height and angle before you fix anything else. Pedal position, wheel height and belt anchors all follow from where the seat ends up, and moving it later means redoing all three. Sit in it, reach for the wheel and check where your heel lands before you tighten anything down.
Tell us which rig frame you are mounting to and which seat you have, and we will confirm these are the right brackets. Rail spacing varies more between rig makers than it does between car sub-frames.
