The Sabelt Silver Race/Rally 3×3 6 Point Harness, part number 335A633SU2F, is a clip-in 6-point competition harness approved to FIA 8853-2016. Shoulder and lap webbing are both 3 inch. Aircraft-type buckle. HANS friendly. Available in black, blue and red.

Silver series places this a tier above the Steel Race/Rally 3×3 clip-in (CFCI1335S633S, £205): lighter hardware, better quality webbing production, aluminium components throughout. The 3-inch shoulder and 3-inch lap configuration is the same as the Steel equivalent but produced to Silver standards.

At £319 it is £114 more than the Steel 3×3 clip-in. For a sprint racing driver whose class accepts any FIA 8853-2016 harness and for whom £114 is meaningful, the Steel version is sufficient. For endurance events where equipment quality compounds over the hours, or for drivers who want the Silver tier hardware, this is the step up.

HANS friendly: compatible with HANS device use without being specifically configured around it. Aircraft buckle rather than the clip buckle used in some other Silver configurations.

How long does an FIA harness last?

Does it work with a HANS device?
Yes: only 6-point FIA harnesses work with a HANS device, and this belt qualifies. If you run a device, check whether you want the HANS-specific shoulder cut and ask us which suits your setup.

What does it mount to?
A harness needs proper anchor points: a harness bar, cage, or the car’s designed mounting points, plus a seat with the right slots. Tell us the car and seat and we will confirm the mounting plan before you order.
