A Recaro direct fit sub-frame for the Volkswagen Caddy Mk3, 341.25. One frame, for one seat, on one side of the car.

Which model

The 2004 to 2020 Caddy van and Maxi. A Caddy that has been converted or is used as a daily gets a proper seat on the van’s own mounting points with this frame.

What else you need

Between the shell and the frame go Recaro’s side mounts, fixed or flexible. The side mounts are a separate line on the order, and on a homologated Recaro they are Recaro’s, because the seat is homologated with them.

Direct fit

The frame takes the place of the standard seat base, using the factory mounting points, and sets the height and reach of a Recaro seat in this car.

Seat belt brackets are not required in a range of application so manufacturers generally do not supply them with their frame kits. If you require seat belt brackets please contact us in advance

Check the bolt pattern in the specification against your seat. The Compatible seats tab above lists what bolts straight on. If your seat is not listed, tell us what you run and we will confirm the fit.

Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?
Only with a sliding runner between the frame and the seat, which is a separate part on Recaro frames. If more than one person drives the car, budget for the runner. Our guide to sliding runners explains the options and widths.

Recaro seats are produced in batches for the UK market

We receive Recaro deliveries regularly and hold good stock of the popular models, so many go out quickly.

Demand for the bucket seats is worldwide and production runs to Recaro’s own schedule, so the less common models and trims can take considerably longer. Ask us and we will tell you where a specific seat stands.

Before you order

If you need a seat for a date, ring us first. We would rather give you an honest lead time up front than have you waiting on a seat that is between production runs.
