The frame bolts to the OEM floor mounting points, uses the factory bolt pattern, and includes integrated runners for fore-aft adjustment. The Cross Golf sat higher than the standard MkV due to its raised suspension, which changes the headroom margin inside the cabin. A Recaro direct-fit frame keeps the seat at the height and angle Recaro specified for that version of the platform, rather than adding to it with a universal bracket stack.
