The Peugeot 306 ran from 1993 to 2002 and the 4-door body was offered across the range from early in production. On base and entry-level specifications, the factory seat did not include height adjustment, relying instead on the floor mounting position alone to set the seat height. That design uses a simpler bracket arrangement than the height-adjustable version, and the floor fixing positions are different as a result.
Part number 680409 is the Recaro direct-fit sub-frame for the 306 4-door without factory height adjustment. It attaches at the fixed-height floor mounting positions and provides fore-aft travel through integrated runners. If your 306 has a lever or manual ratchet that adjusts seat height, you need the 686619-1927 instead, which is designed for the height-adjuster floor geometry.
The 306 without height adjustment is the more common variant on lower-specification cars. It is also found on some fleet and commercial registrations where the base trim was chosen. In all cases the floor sits at a standard height that Recaro has mapped for this sub-frame.
This sub-frame works with Recaro seats only and covers base-mountable bucket seats and reclining sport seats. Side-mounted competition shells are not within scope here. The price is for one frame, one seat position. Tell us your Recaro model when ordering and we will confirm the complete kit.
