Recaro’s direct fit sub-frame for the Ford Focus Mk2 2004 to 2008, 282.72 per frame, which is per seat.

What the frame does

Made for this car, it picks up the original seat bolts and gives a Recaro shell a base at the right height without cutting or drilling.

The pre-facelift Mk2 Focus, ST 225 included. The 2008-on car has its own page. One side.

What else you need

The seat does not bolt straight to the frame. Recaro side mounts go in between. Recaro test and homologate the seat with their own side mounts as a whole, so the mounts are the ones to use, and they are ordered separately.

Send us the registration and the seat model and we will put the frame, the side mounts and any runners together for you.

Additional seat belt brackets: Each seat frame can be used for a variety of applications including road car reclining seats throuh to Motorsport FIA seats. Seat belt brackets are not required in a range of application so manufacturers generally do not supply them with their frame kits. If you require seat belt brackets please contact us in advance

Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?
Only with a sliding runner between the frame and the seat, which is a separate part on Recaro frames. If more than one person drives the car, budget for the runner. Our guide to sliding runners explains the options and widths.

Recaro seats are produced in batches for the UK market

We receive Recaro deliveries regularly and hold good stock of the popular models, so many go out quickly.

Demand for the bucket seats is worldwide and production runs to Recaro’s own schedule, so the less common models and trims can take considerably longer. Ask us and we will tell you where a specific seat stands.

Before you order

If you need a seat for a date, ring us first. We would rather give you an honest lead time up front than have you waiting on a seat that is between production runs.
