PCI Racing universal seat sliders. Part number SLIDER-S1.
These are the sliders on their own, rather than a vehicle specific mount. They are what you order if you have a mount or a fabricated bracket that does not have fore and aft adjustment and you want to add it, or if you are building a mounting from scratch.
Why PCI’s sliders
Each slider bolts to the base with four bolts where a conventional slider uses two, which PCI describe as twice as strong as two bolt mounting. On a competition seat held by a harness rather than a seatbelt, the slider is carrying load that a road car slider was never designed for, and that is where cheap sliders show themselves.
PCI quote roughly 12 5/8 inch to 19 1/2 inch of width adjustment across applications, so they suit a range of seat and mounting widths rather than one fixed spacing.
Before you order
Measure what you are mounting to and tell us. Universal means it fits a range, not that it fits everything, and we would rather check the width and the hole positions with you than have you order twice.
Worth knowing as well: sliders are not usually accepted where an FIA seat installation is being scrutineered, and they raise the seat. If the car is being raced, check the regulations, and if you are fighting for head clearance, measure before you commit.
