Two steel tubes that get welded to the vehicle floor between the inner sill and the centre tunnel, creating a permanent platform for side mounts, base mounts or sliders.
Permanent is the word to think about
This is welded to your car. It is not reversible, and on anything with value or originality it is the wrong choice: a vehicle specific bolt in subframe leaves the floor untouched. Use this when there is no bolt in frame for your car, when the car is a dedicated competition build, or when the floor arrangement gives you no other option.
Tell us the car before you order. If a bolt in frame exists for it, we will say so.
What is in the kit
Two 35 x 35mm tubes at 600mm long, four weld in plates at 80 x 60 x 3mm, and four weld in support brackets at 60 x 40 x 3mm with M8 bushings.
One thing to check with us
Our data describes this kit as meeting FIA requirements and as not FIA approved, and those are different statements. We are checking it with OMP. If the car is being scrutineered, ask us before you weld anything in.
