Which is the useful thing to know. The R8 was developed alongside the Honda Concerto under the Rover and Honda collaboration, and it used a mix of Rover K series and Honda engines. That is why the car handled and lasted better than the badge’s later reputation suggests, and it is where to look when a part is unfindable.
Check the generation carefully
A later Rover 200 in the R3 generation was built from 1995 with a different floor profile, and this frame does not cover it. If your car was made after 1996, or is badged as a 25, contact us before ordering.

Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?
