An OMP direct fit sub-frame for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 5. Part number HC803-5210.
The Evo 4 and 5 share a base part number here, which is what you would expect from two closely related cars. If you have seen a seat and frame combination working on one, it carries over to the other.
The usual reason to change seats in an Evo is the harness. A factory seat is built around a three point belt, and once you move to a four or six point the shoulder slot position and the shell shape start to matter a great deal.
Why an OMP frame
It carries the wider 405mm by 290mm Recaro pattern alongside the 345mm by 271mm spacing used by Sparco, OMP and Corbeau seats. If you want to keep a Recaro shell, an OMP frame will take it where a Sparco frame will not.
Fitment
Steel, base mount, on the floor mounting points already in the car, so the factory Recaros come out whole and can go back in. On a car this collectable that matters.
Side mount shells need side mounts or adaption bars over the frame.

Will this fit my car?
This frame is made for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 5. Chassis code and years matter more than the badge, as floor pans change between generations, so if your car sits near a changeover year, send us the registration and we will confirm before you order.
Which seats does it take?
It takes seats drilled 345mm x 271mm (the Sparco and OMP seat pattern) and 405mm x 290mm (the Recaro seat pattern). If your seat is not listed, tell us what you run and we will confirm the fit.
Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?

Base mount or side mount, and does it matter?
