The Endurance Motorsport Bucket Seat M8 Bolt Pack (part m8-bolt-Pack) is a pack of standard steel M8 bolts for connecting bucket seat side mounts to FIA seat shells. It is the utilitarian option in the Endurance fastener range: no anodising, no Torx head, no weight saving. Just correct-grade steel M8 hardware.

The reason to keep a pack of these on hand is straightforward. Seat bolts see shock loading and are worth replacing if the car has been through a heavy off or if the bolts have been in and out multiple times. New hardware is cheap; a stripped thread in a seat shell is not.

If weight matters and your bolt count is small, the titanium alternative (m8-bolts-Titanium) is the upgrade. Grade 5 titanium at roughly 43% of the weight of steel, in seven anodised colours. For everyone else, these steel bolts do the same job at a fraction of the price.

Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?
Only with a sliding runner between the frame and the seat, which is a separate part on Endurance frames. If more than one person drives the car, budget for the runner. Our guide to sliding runners explains the options and widths.

Endurance deliveries arrive monthly

Endurance produce in batches and we take a delivery each month, so the popular models are generally available for immediate dispatch.

Colour makes a real difference here. A standard colour is usually on the shelf; a less common one can run to a few weeks.
