Direct fit sub-frames for the Volkswagen Transporter T6, from Corbeau, 245. Van-specific frames that bolt to the T6’s factory seat mounting points.
T6, and check whether it is a T6.1
These are the frames for the T6. The T6.1 facelift changed enough underneath that the mounting can differ, so tell us the year and the registration before ordering rather than assuming. Corbeau also make a California-specific frame at 289.50, which is the one to look at if the van is a factory California.
Why a van needs a proper frame
Transporter seats sit high and the factory bases are built around a working van. A Corbeau seat on a direct fit frame drops the position, uses the van’s own mounting points and needs no fabrication. If the conversion wants the seats to turn round, that is a swivel base, a separate part that goes between the frame and the floor.
Before you add it to the basket
Made for a Corbeau seat with a base mount, so the Sportline reclining seats and the Classic buckets, and nothing else. The box holds one frame and its double locking runners. That does one seat; a passenger seat wants another box. The picture is generic. Your car may get a complete replacement frame or a runner and bracket set for the base that is already there. Corbeau rule out side-mounted seats for these frames. A side-mount bucket needs its own mounting, and we can tell you which.
Send us the van details and what the conversion is doing and we will confirm the frames suit.
