The third-generation CRX (1987-1991) is identified by two main variants in this listing: the EE8, sold in the UK as the 1.6 Si, and the ED9, the 1.6 VTi for continental European markets. Both use the lightweight front-wheel drive platform that gave the CRX its appeal in period, with kerb weights around 950 kg making the most of engines that topped at 130bhp in road specification. The CRX’s clean styling, compact dimensions, and light weight kept it in favour with club racers after the Del Sol replaced it in 1992, and today it appears in various production class categories. The Corbeau sub-frame is manufactured to the EE8/ED9 floor layout.
No drilling required in most applications. ±10mm bolt tolerance is standard. Corbeau base-mounted and reclining seats only; not for side-mounted FIA seats.
One sub-frame per seat. Add to basket twice for driver and passenger. Confirm which Corbeau seat at checkout so we can verify the full kit.
