Houndstooth is a period pattern rather than a modern one, and that is the point of it. It was a genuine trim on performance cars of the sixties and seventies, so on a Cobra shell it reads as correct rather than as decoration. Classic black and white check, let into the centre panel rather than printed.
550mm tall, 540mm wide, 460mm base, 740mm deep, at 6.4kg. No head surround and no lateral containment above the seat base, so it stays out of the way in open top cars, kit cars and applications where a taller bucket would obstruct rear vision or foul roll protection.
Base mount, 291mm bolt pattern. No FIA approval. All heights and waist sizes.
