Check the generation first
Audi have used the TT name across several quite different cars and they do not share floor mounting points. Before you order, tell us the year or send us the registration and we will confirm this frame is cut for yours. It is a two minute check and it saves a return.
Fitment
Steel, on the 345mm by 271mm base mount pattern, using the mounting points already in the floor. Sparco, OMP and Corbeau base mount seats all use that spacing, whatever older copy on this range said.
Side mount competition shells need side mounts or adaption bars fitted above the frame.
Before you order
Tell us the seats you are fitting, and tell us whether the factory seats carry side airbags. Removing a seat with one in it has consequences worth understanding in advance rather than after.
The TT has a low roofline and a snug cabin. If you are choosing a shell too, tell us your height and build and we will say whether it will work once the door is shut.

Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?
Only with a sliding runner between the frame and the seat, which is a separate part on Sparco frames. If more than one person drives the car, budget for the runner. Our guide to sliding runners explains the options and widths.
Base mount or side mount, and does it matter?
This is a base-mount frame: the seat bolts down through its base, the simpler stack that suits seats with a flat bottom and keeps the install low-fuss. Our guide on base mount versus side mount explains the whole fitting stack.
