New Products Added To Our Speed+ Service Page

We have added a batch of new products to our Speed+ service page this week, from bucket seats and reclining sport seats to harnesses. Everything on the page is something we hold at the showroom, in pairs, ready for dispatch or collection.
Speed+ exists for the times when waiting weeks for a factory order is not an option. Here is what it is and what has just gone on to the list.

What is on this page
What Speed+ is
Most seats and harnesses are made or shipped to order, which is fine when you are planning a build months ahead. It is less fine when an event is two weeks away and a seat is missing, or when you have just noticed that the FIA date on your harness has run out.
Our Speed+ service page is the answer to that. It is a list of the seats, parts and other items we hold at our showroom that we can have ready the same day for dispatch or collection. If it is on the list, it is here, not on a supplier’s shelf.
Bucket seats added this week
The biggest addition is a set of bucket seats, all as pairs. They include Recaro Pole Position ABE seats in black velour and in leather and suede, a pair of Corbeau Revenge X System 1 FIA seats, Auto Style Type BS6 seats and a black and grey endurance style seat.
All of them are also on our displays, so you can come in and sit in one before you decide, which we always recommend with a bucket seat. Two drivers of the same height can need different seats, and the only reliable way to know is to try.
Reclining seats and Defender frames
Two pairs of reclining sport seats have gone on to the list too. One of them is a pair of Cobra Le Mans seats with Land Rover Defender brackets, so a Defender owner can have both front seats and the fitting kit as one package, without waiting for each piece to be ordered in.
Reclining seats are the right choice for most road cars and off-roaders. They keep the adjustable backrest, which matters on long journeys and in a vehicle that carries passengers.
Harnesses to go with them
We have also added two pairs of FIA harnesses. If you are buying a pair of bucket seats in a hurry, it often makes sense to sort the belts at the same time, and a harness whose FIA date has expired is one of the most common reasons people call us needing something quickly.
