Auto Style GT Yellow Tartan Seats Arrived In-Store

A pair of Auto Style GT reclining sports seats in yellow tartan has just arrived at our showroom. The tartan runs through the centre of the backrest and base, and yellow stitching follows the outside edges of the seat.
In person the yellow has a slight golden shade that sits well with the darker tones in the rest of the tartan. It is a seat that looks better in the showroom than any photo can show.

The yellow tartan up close
The tartan is quilted in a diamond pattern across the backrest and base, and the sides and back of the seat are black vinyl. Yellow stitching runs around the outer edges, which picks out the yellow in the tartan.
It is a bold choice, and it works best in a car where yellow is already part of the look, such as the paint, the brake calipers or stitching elsewhere in the cabin.
The Auto Style GT
The GT is one of Auto Style’s newest seats, a redesign based on their popular Type AK. It is a reclining sports seat on a steel frame, approved for road and track use, and it keeps the recline and tilt of a factory seat while giving you more support.
It is base mounted with a 405mm x 280mm bolt pattern, and the sliding runners come in the box. The fitting frame for your car is bought separately. The seat takes up to a 4 point harness.
Four tartans to choose from
The GT comes in four tartans: yellow, blue, red and grey. The grey and blue are the quieter options, and the yellow is the boldest. Garreth’s advice is to see the colours in person or ask us for photos in daylight before choosing, because tartan changes a lot with the light.
