Complete fitting kit: side mounts included. This frame comes with its own side mounts, so any side mount bucket seat bolts straight to it. You only need the seat and the frame, with no separate side mounts to buy.
The Honda Integra DC5 was the last Integra Type R sold in the UK, built from 2001 to 2006. It replaced the DC2 with a K20A engine producing 212bhp at 8000rpm, a stiffer shell, and a revised suspension layout that M2 fans from Honda’s engineering team considered the definitive UK Integra. The DC5 is a deliberately focused car: the power output is high for a 2.0-litre naturally aspirated engine, the gearbox ratios are tight, and the factory limited-slip differential encourages drivers to commit on the throttle early.
These are the M2 Motorsport direct fit sub-frames for the Honda Integra DC5, part number M2-20272-0000. The frame replaces the factory runners and bolts to the OEM floor mounting points without drilling. Steel, powder-coated black, 290mm side mount holes. Choose your side and fixing type at the top of the page.
The DC5 Type R cabin is purpose-built rather than stripped out, with Recaro seats as standard. Those standard seats are decent but they are not fixed-back, and for club circuit racing or track days where a harness is preferred, they tend to go. The M2 frame brings the replacement seat lower than the factory position, which on a DC5 is usually not needed for headroom but does help harness angle.
Seats with 290mm side mount holes go straight on: Recaro, OMP, Sparco, Bride, Cobra, Corbeau, Takata, MOMO, D2 and the rest. Base-mounted seats need the M2 adaption bars.
Fitting both seats? The 2 x M2 Honda Integra DC5 Direct Fit Sub-frames covers the pair in one order.
