The Endurance Motorsport Base Mount Adapter for M2 Rails (part B301408-M2) is a cross-bar adapter that sits between M2 Motorsport seat rails and standard side mount hardware above. M2 rails use a specific hole pitch on their top face that does not match standard side mount spacing, and this adapter bridges the two.

At £39.50 it is the purpose-built solution for an M2 runner installation rather than modifying the rails or redrilling side mount brackets. It bolts to the M2 rail top and presents standard fixing positions for whichever side mounts your seat requires. If you already have M2 rails in the car and are adding a new seat on standard EMMPM8 or similar side mounts, this is the part that makes the stack work without machining.
