These run hot. A 13B in a hard used FC puts a great deal of heat into the cabin, more than a comparable piston car, and that is worth thinking about when you choose the seat and the trim. A heavily padded velour shell in an FC on a summer track day is not a comfortable place to be.

Values and originality
FCs were cheap for a long time and are appreciating now, particularly the Turbo II. The bracket picks up the factory mounting points so nothing is cut, and the original seats come out whole. Store them somewhere dry.
