A fully split rear seat, both back and base in two sections, on a car specified in the material that suits real use rather than display.
Spacer fabric is an open knit that lets air move through it, so the bench does not store the heat that builds up under the rear screen. In the back of a car, where less ventilation reaches and nobody can open a window while it is parked, that is the biggest single comfort difference available.
Price and configuration
Splitting the base is what adds cost here. A split backrest on a whole base is priced the same as a solid bench, so order the configuration your car has rather than the cheapest one.

The limits
It looks modern, so it is the wrong answer in a restoration, and it holds dirt rather than shedding it. On a seat that folds to carry things, that second point is worth weighing.
