One Recaro direct fit sub-frame for the Porsche 911 991, 383.25; a passenger seat needs a second one.

Seat, side mounts, frame

The seat itself fixes through its sides, to Recaro side mounts, and this frame is what the mounts bolt to. Seat plus Recaro side mounts is what Recaro homologate, which is why the mounts are Recaro’s and why they are not in the box with the frame.

Model notes

The 991 is the 2011 to 2019 911. It shares its seat mounting with the Audi TT and the Cayman, and Recaro’s frame for those cars is the one we list here under the 991’s own name so a Porsche owner finds it.

Additional seat belt brackets: Each seat frame can be used for a variety of applications including road car reclining seats throuh to Motorsport FIA seats. Seat belt brackets are not required in a range of application so manufacturers generally do not supply them with their frame kits. If you require seat belt brackets please contact us in advance

Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?
Only with a sliding runner between the frame and the seat, which is a separate part on Recaro frames. If more than one person drives the car, budget for the runner. Our guide to sliding runners explains the options and widths.

Is this for the driver or passenger side?
Both sides are available on this listing, pick driver or passenger side at the point of order (sides listed are for right-hand-drive cars). Left-hand-drive car? Ask us, as the sides swap over and availability varies by model.

Recaro seats are produced in batches for the UK market

We receive Recaro deliveries regularly and hold good stock of the popular models, so many go out quickly.

Demand for the bucket seats is worldwide and production runs to Recaro’s own schedule, so the less common models and trims can take considerably longer. Ask us and we will tell you where a specific seat stands.

Before you order

If you need a seat for a date, ring us first. We would rather give you an honest lead time up front than have you waiting on a seat that is between production runs.
