The Mirco GT and the Mirco RTS are both on display in the showroom, and side by side they look very alike. The differences are in the shape: the harness slots, the shoulders and head area, and the leg supports.
The GT is the narrower seat with a sharper shape at the shoulders. The RTS is more rounded up top, with taller, wider leg supports. Here is how to choose.

What is on this page
The Mirco GT
The GT is a fibreglass bucket seat with an ergonomic shape and a removable leg support, so the fit can be adjusted to the driver. It is the narrower of the two, with a more aggressive shape at the shoulders and head area.
Our listing sizes it for a 32 to 36 inch waist and drivers under 6ft, and Mirco designs it for drivers up to 85 kg. It weighs about 8.2 kg. We have tried it in the showroom and have been impressed by the build quality and by how comfortable and supportive it is for the money.
The Mirco RTS
The RTS is a narrower, tighter version of Mirco's RS2, with the same styling. Compared with the GT it is more rounded at the shoulders and head, and its leg supports are taller and wider, which gives more support to the lower body and suits drivers with larger legs.
It has removable lumbar and leg supports, weighs 8.8 kg, and is designed for drivers up to 100 kg and 190 cm tall.
What they share
Both seats are approved to FIA 8855-1999 and are HANS compatible, and both have five harness slots. Both use a light, stiff fibreglass shell with durable material on the areas that wear most, such as the shoulder supports. And both are made to order the Mirco way: you choose the back shell colour, the trim material and colour, the stitching colour, and any embroidery.

Which one should you buy?
If you are slim and under 6ft, the GT will usually hold you well and it is the lighter seat. If you are heavier, taller or want more support under the legs, the RTS is the one to try first.
