Sparco Pro 2000 QRT And 2022 Seats Arrive
In the showroom, February 2022
A big Sparco delivery has just arrived at our showroom. It includes the latest Sparco Pro 2000 QRT, which is on display to see and sit in for the first time this year, along with a large batch of popular Sparco seats: the Sprint, the Evo and the Grid-Q.
These are the 2022 versions, and several of them have been improved on the previous models, with extra padding around the kidney area. They are all out on the floor now, so you can try them before you choose.

What came in the delivery
The headline arrival is the Sparco Pro 2000 QRT, now on show in our showroom. Around it are the seats most of our customers ask about: the entry level Sprint, the Evo and Evo L, the Rev QRT and the Grid-Q.
Having them side by side is the useful part. Sparco shells differ more in width and shoulder support than the photos suggest, and sitting in two or three one after the other is the quickest way to find the one that fits you.
The seats from the delivery
Sparco Pro 2000 QRT. A lightweight but rigid fibreglass shell with good lateral grip along the whole body and adjustable lumbar support. It is approved to FIA 8855-1999, suits a 32 to 36 inch waist, and is one of the few fibreglass Sparco shells that can be base mounted as well as side mounted.
Sparco Sprint. The entry level Sparco bucket seat. It is built on a tubular steel frame, which makes it strong and versatile for competition or road use at a price that suits a first bucket seat.
Sparco Rev QRT. Redesigned for 2022 with integrated lumbar support for more comfort. The fibreglass shell uses Sparco’s QRT process, which saves weight without losing rigidity, and it gives strong side support.
Sparco Grid-Q. The cushion and pads come out of the shell, and the shell itself is wrapped in material, so you can choose how much padding you run against how snug you want the fit.
The Evo and the wider Evo L came in the same delivery. They are side mount FIA shells, and the Evo L is the one to try if the standard shells feel tight across the hips.
Garreth's advice is to bring the clothing you drive in, and a helmet if you have one, because both change how a shell feels.

Our Sparco bucket seat range
Our Sparco FIA range includes the Evo QRT, Pro 2000 QRT and Rev QRT, from the affordable Sprint for drivers starting out in motorsport through to the S-Light Circuit Carbon at the top level. Every side mount shell needs Sparco side mounts and a frame for the car, and our guide to base mount and side mount fitting explains how the pieces go together.
A seat is only half the job. Our Sparco harnesses run from three point road belts to six point FIA belts, and we can match one to whichever seat you choose.
