The TRS Window Net (part number 24B000) is built to the requirements of FIA Appendix J, Article 253-11. It measures 40cm x 60cm, uses 25mm webbing with 50mm openings, and is made in England. Loops are sewn top and bottom for attachment to the window frame or cage bars.
This is the standard loop-fastening version. To run it with a fast-release bracket system, the TRS Window Net Fixing Kit (24K0110) is the matching hardware, sold separately at £62. The loops on the net are designed specifically for use with those brackets. If you need velcro attachment rather than a loop-and-bracket system, the TRS Window Net Velcro Fastening (24B020) is a different product at 57cm x 51cm and £45.
Seven colour options: black, red and blue are held in stock. Green, yellow, silver, pink and orange are made to order. If you are running to a specific event date, check stock before assuming non-stock colours are available in time. Standard colour lead times are shorter but not immediate.
Window nets wearing an FIA mark will be inspected at scrutineering. The net must cover the window opening without slack. It is not held in place by the loops alone; something must attach those loops to the car. That is either the Fixing Kit, a cage bar, or whatever method suits your car’s window frame construction. If you are buying the net and the Fixing Kit together, do it in one order so we can confirm the brackets suit your window surround before anything is dispatched.
An SFI-approved version is available from TRS on request if your category requires SFI specification.
