The GP sim seat doesn’t use a standard automotive side-mount hole pattern, so these are the specific mounting brackets for that seat rather than the universal FIA steel side mounts used in road and race car installation. If you have the GP seat and need to attach it to a sim rig, these are the parts to order. They are not interchangeable with the standard FIA side mounts used on the Circuit QRT or the competition QRT range.
The mounting pattern gives you some range of angle adjustment through the slot positions, which is enough for most rig setups to find a comfortable seating angle. The red colour matches the GP seat’s own colour scheme, which is worth knowing if the finish matters to the build.
A sim rig frame that accepts standard automotive side-mount spacing is required before these can be fitted. The mounts connect the seat to the rig; the rig itself needs to have the correct side-mount rail spacing to take them. If you’re building a rig from scratch, confirm the mount spacing of your rig frame before ordering.
