The 968 is the last of the front engined transaxle cars and values have been climbing, so the same rule applies as on any Porsche worth keeping: put the standard seats in storage rather than in a skip, and use a frame that lets them go back in.
A direct fit frame does that. It uses the mounting points already in the floor, so nothing is drilled and nothing is cut, and the original seats and runners are unaffected.
Fitment
Steel, on the 345mm by 271mm base mount pattern, which takes Sparco, OMP and Corbeau base mount seats. Older copy on this range said same brand only, which was never correct for this spacing.
Side mount competition shells need side mounts or adaption bars over the frame.
Ordering
Sold singly, one frame per seat, handed between RHD driver and RHD passenger. Order twice for both sides.
