This Recaro sub-frame (part number 687519-1976) fits the Skoda Roomster, the tall MPV produced from 2006 to 2015. The Roomster had a sliding rear door and a more elevated seating position than a standard hatchback, closer to a crossover in its cabin height and entry angle. Despite sharing some components with the Fabia, the Roomster’s floor geometry and mounting point positions are different enough that a Fabia sub-frame will not replicate the correct seat position in the Roomster.
The sub-frame uses the Roomster’s OEM floor mounting points with no modification to the vehicle. The elevated seating position means the Recaro seat height relative to the driver is a key consideration: contact us with your seat model and Roomster year before ordering to confirm the combination sits at the right height for the cabin.
