The fourth-generation Fiesta, built between December 1995 and April 2002, is the Fiesta that a generation of drivers learned to modify. It became the standard choice for rallycross, sealed-surface sprints, and production car circuit racing, where its light weight and willing Zetec engine made it a proportionate challenge to faster machinery. Seat fitment is almost always an early task in a competition Fiesta build, and the factory floor in this generation has its own mounting geometry that does not accommodate a universal bracket cleanly.
Part 86.60.26 covers the Fiesta built from December 1995 to April 2002. It mounts to the OEM floor points without modification, includes integrated sliding runners, and positions the seat where Recaro tested it for this floor. The part code uses dot separators rather than hyphens, which is correct for this older item in the Recaro catalogue.
These sub-frames fit Recaro base-mount reclining seats and base-mount bucket seats. They will not work with side-mounted competition shells without separate adaptor bars. One frame per seat.
