The SW0019 is the aluminium version of the QMS BMW E36/E46 seat mount. Where the steel SW0077 brackets are the value option for those cars, this one is for builders who want lighter hardware and an anodised finish as part of a cleaner installation.

The centring principle is the same as the SW0077. The E36 and E46 seat the driver slightly off-centre to the steering wheel, and these mounts are engineered to position a 425-440mm seat directly behind the wheel to correct it. The SW0019 achieves this with aluminium brackets rather than steel, which saves weight and gives the underside of the car a more finished look. Anodised black.

Multiple adjustment positions for seat height and angle. The SW0019 gives more fine-tuning than the SW0077. Both are FIA approved and both suit the same seat width range. The extra spend on the aluminium version makes more sense on a car being built with a weight target or where the visible hardware matters.

Available for RHD driver side or RHD passenger side as separate variations. Order the correct side for the seat position being fitted; the two are not interchangeable.

If the car already runs steel side mounts and this is a replacement or upgrade, the SW0019 is a direct swap to aluminium. The SW0077 does the same centering job.

For two seats, the SW0019-3 covers both in one order. We hold UK stock of the full QMS fitting range; the lead time for most orders is two to three working days.
