The Endurance Motorsport Base Mount Adapter for Buddy Club Rails (part GSM-BC-Base) is a crossbar adapter that converts Buddy Club seat rails to accept standard side mount hardware. Buddy Club rails are a popular choice on Japanese imports and modified road cars, particularly Honda Civic and Integra builds, and they use their own top-face hole pattern.

At £33.33 this adapter bolts to the Buddy Club rail and presents standard fixing centres for side mounts above, saving the fabrication work that would otherwise be needed. It is the link between step 2 (Buddy Club rails) and step 4 (side mounts) in the installation stack, without requiring the rails to be modified.
