Why buy it as a package
Seats and frames are sold separately as a rule, and the frame is the part people get wrong. Buying them together removes the guesswork about whether the two are matched, and it removes the second delivery wait when the first order turns out to be missing something.
The frames are made specifically for the Mini floor, so they bolt to the existing mounting points with no drilling.
The seat
The Clubman 40th Edition is a fixed back bucket in the traditional Cobra style, on a steel frame, trimmed with black stitching. It is Road and Track approved rather than FIA homologated, so it suits fast road use, track days and shows rather than a scrutineered competition class.
If you need FIA homologation for a licence, this is not the package and we will point you at one that is.
Sizing
Listed for drivers under 6ft, with all waist sizes suitable. The Mini cabin is the real constraint rather than the seat, so if you are near six feet tell us your height before ordering and we will talk through where your head will end up.
What else you might need
If the Mini originally had seats that locked to the floor, it is an MOT requirement to fit that type again. Tell us what the car currently has and we will make sure the arrangement is right.
