A bar stool base and the B301830 office chair adaptor plate, sold together as one part. Part number End-bar-stool-and-adaptor. There is no seat with it.
The difference between this and an office base kit is height and movement. A bar stool base sits taller, which puts a converted seat at counter or workbench height rather than desk height, and it does not run on castors the way an office base does. If you are building a seat into a garage, a bar, a showroom or a workshop counter, this is the base to use. If it is going under a desk, use an office base instead.
What is in it
The chrome bar stool base and the steel adaptor plate, with mounting brackets included. The plate is the same laser cut part we sell on its own, with slotted and round holes around all four edges so it can pick up base mount seat rails at more than one width.
Finished builds using this combination are on the site if you would rather not source a seat yourself. The Cobra Roadster XL and the OMP Silverstone Classic are both built this way.
This one is showroom stock and there is a single unit here, so if you want it, say so early. Send us the seat you plan to mount and we will confirm the plate suits it before it leaves.
