The Endurance Motorsport Land Rover 90 Recaro Seat Subframes (part B301244-LR90) are fabricated steel subframes for fitting Recaro competition seats to a Land Rover 90 floor. The top face of each subframe is drilled to Recaro’s mounting hole pattern. The base bolts to the 90’s original seat attachment points in the floor.
At £78.30 each, these are the Recaro companion to the B301243-LR90 Sparco subframes. The difference between the two is the top face: the Sparco variant presents Sparco’s bolt centres, the Recaro variant presents Recaro’s. The floor attachment below is the same for both, because the Land Rover 90 has one set of seat bolt positions regardless of what goes on top.
The Land Rover 90 is a short-wheelbase vehicle related to but distinct from the Defender. Despite sharing mechanical lineage, the 90’s cab floor uses different seat mounting geometry than the Defender 110 and station wagon variants. The standard unlabelled B301244 subframe is for the Defender, not the 90. Using a Defender subframe in a 90 produces a misalignment at the floor attachment; always order the -LR90 suffixed version for the short-wheelbase car.
Sold individually; choose driver or passenger side at the point of ordering. For the Defender cab, order the B301244. For a Land Rover Series 3, the B301244-S3 is the correct variant. If you are unsure which Land Rover variant you have, check the chassis plate: the 90, 110, Defender, and Series 3 are separate model families with distinct VINs.
