The Peugeot 306 in two-door form ran from 1993 to 2002 and gave rise to the 306 GTi 6, the 306 S16, and the 306 Rallye. The Rallye is probably the most motorsport-specific production Peugeot road car of the 1990s: it came without rear seats, had a stripped interior, and used the 1.6-litre normally aspirated engine tuned to over 100bhp in its XU5J3Z form. The S16 and the GTi 6 with the XU10J4RS engine are the most powerful versions. The two-door shell is stiffer than the five-door and is the correct basis for any serious circuit or rally build. The floor geometry of the two-door 306 differs from the five-door on account of the body structure changes, which is why this listing covers the two-door version specifically.

This Corbeau sub-frame is built around the two-door 306’s floor fixing positions. The kit uses the original bolt points and may be a complete replacement frame with sliding runner or adaptation brackets depending on the specific configuration for the two-door floor. What will be in the box? There are several types of seat frames which may be supplied depending on the vehicle and application. You may receive 1 of the following 4 types. If you are using them with a certain seat, please contact us in advance for professional advice.

#1. A full replacement frame with a sliding runner and resisitor kit
#2. A full replacement frame with a sliding runner
#3. A full replacement frame only
#4. An adaption bracket kit

Additional seat belt brackets: Each seat frame can be used for a variety of applications including road car reclining seats throuh to Motorsport FIA seats. Seat belt brackets are not required in a range of application so manufacturers generally do not supply them with their frame kits. If you require seat belt brackets please contact us in advance

Bolt point tolerances:

Please note that OMP, Sparco and various other brands have a +/- 10mm tolerance on the bolt point locations on each of their sub-frames. This means that when installing the equipment into your vehicle, you may find that one or more of the bolt points may need extending for a perfect fit.

This is normal and, when installed by a skilled professional, it may only add five minutes to the total installation time. A prime example is the OMP Renault Clio MK3 frames and the BMW E46 frames as two bolt points need extending by 5mm in 75% of installations.

Drilling of frames and equipment may be required to complete your installation.

Matching seats and frames:

There are over half a dozen different bolt patterns in the industry for base mounted seats. There are over 30 different bolt patterns for side mounted seats. Aftermarket frames from different brands will have different bolt location points. 

Seats and frames are not a direct fit between brands. Seat frames are also not suitabled for OEM seats (Fitted into a vehicle from the factory) Please ensure to contact us for professional advice before purchasing your seat frames. We will be able to provide you a recommendation as to which seat frame is right for which seat.

Will I fit in this seat?

What do I need to fit it to my car?

FIA bucket seats are built to order, typically 3 to 7 days from the day you order. Kevlar and carbon shells take longer, so ask us if you are working to a date.

Reclining sport seats are also made to order in your chosen trim, and run to a similar timescale.
