The Cobra Evolution Pro-Fit GT in houndstooth, an FIA 8855-1999 homologated bucket seat. Part number NF-EVPF-GT-HOUNDSTOOTH.

Houndstooth is a period pattern rather than a modern one, and that is the point of it. It was a genuine trim on performance cars of the sixties and seventies, so on a Cobra shell it reads as correct rather than as decoration. Classic black and white check, let into the centre panel rather than printed.

The Evolution is Cobra’s tallest competition shell at 935mm, and GT adds 30mm across for a 36 to 38 inch waist. 555mm wide, 720mm deep on a 500mm base, at 12.5kg in the GT width, the widest base of Cobra’s three side mount competition shells.

The head side support is an integrated open design rather than a closed surround, so getting in and out is not the ordeal a deep sided shell makes it.

Side mount only. Harness facility for 4, 5 and 6 point belts. HANS compatible. High tensile mounting bolts supplied. Three year warranty.

Hand trimmed in the UK. Seat only. Tell us the car for mounts and a subframe.
