A pair of OMP First two inch saloon harnesses in red. Part number DA0208H061-X2.
Red webbing rather than black, and the same belt underneath. Worth choosing on the interior of the car rather than on anything mechanical.
Why two inch
Two inch shoulder webbing is the width designed to sit correctly on a head and neck restraint yoke, feeding crash load into the device as it was tested to take it. A three inch strap does not locate properly and slides off, which is the whole reason OMP build two widths of the same belt.
So if you run a HANS, this is the version to buy. If you do not, the three inch First is more comfortable over a long stint because wide webbing spreads load across more of your shoulder.
Specification
Aircraft style buckle, clip in fittings, two inch shoulder and lap straps. The First range is OMP’s entry level line: current standards, heavier hardware, clubman prices.
Before you order
Our listing does not state the point count on this harness. Ask us and we will confirm it against OMP’s data, because it changes what anchor points the car needs.
Both sets carry the same manufacture date, so they expire together. Ask us to read it off current stock.
