These GT3 bucket seats have retro styling from its shiny vinyl trim, and eyelets down the center giving it that classic look that really suits the customer’s Nissan 280Z interior. The Cobra GT3 seats are quite unique as they have a basketweave center with vinyl sides giving it a two-tone design. We have a pair of Cobra GT3 seats on display at our showroom ready to be viewed and tested, they are available for immediate dispatch or collection from in-store.
Planted Technology sub-frames are made to fit Sparco, Cobra, Corbeau, and Recaro seats directly into your Datsun 280Z (1974-1978) quickly and easily. We strongly recommend using these when possible for a solid and secured fitment that works with your vehicle’s original seat belt clip buckle. Our Cobra sliding runners sit between the seat and base frame, this allows you to have an adjustable set up when installing the Cobra GT3 bucket seats, you will need the 291mm wide handle type which will perfectly line up with the four bolt wholes at the base of the Cobra GT3 bucket seats. These sliding runners allow for 200mm of movement to create that perfect driving position.
The Cobra GT3 Historic bucket seat is based on the original Classic RS bucket seat trimmed in vinyl, basketweave, and eyelets making it a perfect choice for drivers looking for that perfect classic look and a seat that has an amazing design and size that allows it to fit in many vehicles. It is the hallmark of an original Cobra sports seat with deep bucketed sides and comfortable, well-rounded support. Constructed in a traditional manner and bearing the same styling that has made it famous for over two decades, the GT3 will always live up to its name. This is closely based on the original Porsche 911 seat.
We also have a pair of Cobra Classic RS seats at our showroom which the GT3 seats are based on. The Cobra Classic RS buckets seats are just like the GT3 seats, however, they come without the eyelets and have more trim options available including the same two-tone trim design with basketweave on the GT3 seat.
