Corbeau RXI Low Base VS Corbeau RRS
We have done a side-by-side comparison between the Corbeau RXI Low base and the Corbeau RRS reclining sports seats. They sit next to each other on display at our showroom ready to be viewed and tested in-store. They are both available for immediate dispatch in black trims and no further optional extras for. The seats we have in-store are for the driver’s side of the car.Â
Both the Corbeau RXI and RRS seats share similar designs and dimensions for the upper body support around the kidney, shoulder, and side areas. However, the main difference is the base design for the two seats, the Corbeau RXI has a low and flat base for added space and comfort for the driver’s legs whereas the Corbeau RRS has thigh supports for added support making it more suited for fast road use.Â

The Corbeau RXI Low Base And Corbeau RRS Recliners
This is the Corbeau Sportline RXI Elite Low Base reclining seat, new to the Corbeau Sportline range for 2019! With the success of their RRS over the years, comes their newly designed RXI with some brand new features to make this a very desirable seat.
Featuring the low-base option for off-road and vehicles which require ease of access getting in and out of the cabin.
The RXI features a fresh new seat frame with a twist on its existing harness slots, giving the seat a more stylish, unique design. As well as the aesthetics of the seat, the RXI uses Corbeau’s high-quality molded foam with supportive bolster and lumbar support – perfect for those long journeys and enough to hold you in place on track!
These are Corbeau’s new range of Sportline seats and the flagship RRS was in development for 12 months. The reclining seat is bang up to date and, like all Corbeau seats, is available in lots of bespoke trim options on special order.
The Corbeau RRS is a stunning seat closely based on the design of the Audi RS cars. This seat has a firm but comfortable support along with shoulder supports and thigh supports which are more than good enough for track day use when used with Corbeau Luke racing harness belts.
We love this seat for its simple but modern design and is available as a luxury office seat as well. It comes as standard in a fantastic-looking vinyl material which makes it more hard-wearing than a standard cloth-based seat.
