Cobra Monaco Pro VS Recaro Pole Position ABE
Both of these seats have a narrow design that is suitable for vehicles with restricted cockpit space. The Cobra Monaco Pro is a steel frame bucket seat, weighing more compared to the Fibreglass Recaro Pole Position ABE seat. However the Monaco Pro is FIA approved allowing you to use it for any motorsport events whereas the Pole Position ABE can only be used for fast road use and track days. Both seats have large amounts of space inside the seat while staying narrow on the outside so when it comes to installing these seats, they will be able to fit into smaller cars such as the Mazda MX5 and the Honda S2000.Â
Both seats are available in many different trims with the Pole Position ABE having five options ranging from Vinyl to velour with the option for black or red, and the Monaco Pro has the new Cobra Signature range that allows you to mix and match colours and trim materials making the seat more unique and personal to you.Â

The Recaro Pole Position With ABE...
The Recaro Pole Position With ABE is a larger version of the standard Pole Position FIA because its leg supports at the bottom of the seat bend out wider allowing this seat to be suitable for bigger drivers. The Pole position ABE seat is most suited for drivers with a 32-38inch waist. However, the Pole Position With ABE doesn’t have any FIA approval and is only suitable for fast road and track day use, unlike the standard pole position FIA that can be used in any motorsport event.Â

The Recaro Pole Position FIA...
The Recaro Pole Position Bucket seat is now in-store for viewing. It has a seat shell of glass fiber-reinforced plastic material (GRP), the pronounced seat cushion and seatback bolsters offer optimum vehicle control in extreme driving situations. This seat has 5 harness slots to allow for a full 5 or 6 point harness and the cushion supports are washable to help increase the life span of the seat.
