It came in this week and we have been waiting on it a while: the first M2 Motorsport delivery of 2026, hundreds of frames, stacked up on the showroom floor faster than Cameron could get them onto the racking.
The honest reason we are pleased about it is the back order list. There are people who have been waiting on a frame for their car, and those are going out first. Garreth's line all through the summer was that a frame you cannot get hold of is not much use to anybody, so having the range sat here in Nottingham again is the whole point.

What has landed
M2 rails are the direct fit subframes that put a bucket or a reclining seat into a specific car, bolting to the mounting points the manufacturer already put in the floor. Nobody photographs them. They are also the part that stops the whole job dead when you cannot get hold of one.
This delivery refills the range across the board. There are 47 M2 frame listings on the site now, covering Imprezas, Evos, Civics, Integras, the S2000, 350Z and 370Z, GTR, Supra, Soarer, GT86, CRZ, the Golf from MK5 to MK8, the Scirocco and the Leon. You can buy a single side from £165.60, or the pair from £285.00 inc VAT, whichever suits the job.
The back orders go first
A fair few of the boxes in these photographs already have names on them, so if you have been waiting on a frame it is being picked this week and Cameron will ring you when it is on the counter or on its way.
We do not enjoy the waiting any more than you do. A customer with a seat sat in the hall and no frame to bolt it to is a job half done, and there have been more of those this year than we would like. So it is a good week: the shelves are full again and the list is getting shorter.

These are the ones Cameron reaches for most often, and the ones worth grabbing while the delivery is fresh.
Collecting, and what to tell us
If you have an order waiting, ring before you set off and we will have it on the counter when you arrive. The showroom is the quickest way to get one of these in your hands this week.
If you are buying a frame and a seat together, tell us both when you call. The frame is only half the answer: the seat’s bolt pattern decides which runner goes in between, and sorting that on the phone takes two minutes and saves a return. Do I need a pair, or will one do?
Most people doing both seats buy the pair because it works out cheaper than two singles. If you are only changing the driver seat, the single is the right buy. Both are listed for most cars, so pick whichever matches the job.
Is my car covered?
There are 47 M2 frame listings and the table above is only a sample, so ring with the car, the year and the chassis code. If M2 make one for it we will find it, and if they do not we will tell you what else will do the job.
Will my seat bolt straight to it?
That depends on the seat, not the car. Seats are drilled to different bolt spacings and the runner between the seat and the frame has to match. Tell us the seat when you order the frame and we will put the right runner against it.
Can I collect today?
