Buying the pair is the normal case when a car is being stripped and both fronts are going in together, and it saves you ordering the same thing twice.
Sky is the vinyl trim. Against the fabric R500 it is the harder wearing choice and the one to take for a car that gets used in overalls, lives outside, or does any kind of off road work. Fabric breathes better on a hot day. Vinyl survives everything else.
Why the R500 rather than a bigger seat
The R500 is deliberately narrow. Sparco built it on a slimmer tubular steel frame with lower side bolsters so it goes into cars where a wider shell will not clear the sill or the transmission tunnel, and it still holds you properly. If you have measured a cabin and found the seat you wanted is too wide, this is usually the answer.
Harness slots in the backrest take a four point belt, and the standard diagonal seatbelt works too. All heights, 32 to 38 inch waist.
Fitting
Base mount on the 345mm by 271mm pattern, shared across the Sparco reclining range, so sub-frames and runners are interchangeable.

Will I fit in this seat?
The maker sizes this seat for drivers with a 36in to 38in or 32in to 36in waist. What do I need to fit it to my car?
