Fixings for mounting side mounts to a seat and a bracket, sold separately because what arrives in the box with a seat is not always what the job needs.

Whether you need one

Depends entirely on what you are fitting. Some seats and side mounts come with everything, some come with hardware suited to a different installation, and some arrive with nothing useful at all. Tell us the seat, the side mounts and the bracket and we will tell you honestly whether this adds anything, because there is no sense selling you bolts you already have.

Why it is worth getting right

These fixings carry real load in an accident. Grade matters and so does length: a bolt that is too long can bottom out in a threaded insert and feel perfectly tight while holding almost nothing. That is not a theoretical failure, it is one people discover the hard way.

Do I still need a sliding runner?
Only if you want fore-and-aft adjustment: the runner sits between this hardware and the seat or floor depending on the stack. Our sliding runner guide explains the options and widths.

We bring a batch over roughly every 3 to 5 weeks. Everything in each batch is pre-sold against a customer order, so the sooner your order is in, the sooner it ships.
