Which car

The GR Yaris is one of the few current hatchbacks that gets used on track by most of its owners, and the standard seats are the first thing to go. Recaro’s frame is made for the GR specifically, not the ordinary Yaris.

How a Recaro mounts

Recaro shells mount on Recaro side mounts, and this frame carries those mounts. Seat plus Recaro side mounts is what Recaro homologate, which is why the mounts are Recaro’s and why they are not in the box with the frame.

The car side of the fitting

No drilling. The frame uses the mounting points already in the floor and puts the seat where a Recaro shell should sit in this car.

Both sides are available on this listing, pick driver or passenger side at the point of order (sides listed are for right-hand-drive cars). Left-hand-drive car? Ask us, as the sides swap over and availability varies by model.

Recaro seats are produced in batches for the UK market

We receive Recaro deliveries regularly and hold good stock of the popular models, so many go out quickly.

Demand for the bucket seats is worldwide and production runs to Recaro’s own schedule, so the less common models and trims can take considerably longer. Ask us and we will tell you where a specific seat stands.

Before you order

If you need a seat for a date, ring us first. We would rather give you an honest lead time up front than have you waiting on a seat that is between production runs.
