Recaro sub-frame for the BMW E92 at 357. The price is for one side.

Homologated as a system

Recaro shells mount on Recaro side mounts, and this frame carries those mounts. The mounts are not included. Recaro homologate them with the seat as one system, so they come from Recaro and from their own page.

Which model

The E92 is the 2006 to 2013 3 Series coupe, with the E93 convertible on the same floor. A pair for the E92 is listed separately at 650 if you are doing both sides, which saves 64 against two of these.

What it is

Nothing gets drilled. The factory seat bolts hold it, and it sets how low a Recaro seat sits in this car.

Additional seat belt brackets: Each seat frame can be used for a variety of applications including road car reclining seats throuh to Motorsport FIA seats. Seat belt brackets are not required in a range of application so manufacturers generally do not supply them with their frame kits. If you require seat belt brackets please contact us in advance

Check the bolt pattern in the specification against your seat. The Compatible seats tab above lists what bolts straight on. If your seat is not listed, tell us what you run and we will confirm the fit.

Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?
Only with a sliding runner between the frame and the seat, which is a separate part on Recaro frames. If more than one person drives the car, budget for the runner. Our guide to sliding runners explains the options and widths.

Is this for the driver or passenger side?
Both sides are available on this listing, pick driver or passenger side at the point of order (sides listed are for right-hand-drive cars). Left-hand-drive car? Ask us, as the sides swap over and availability varies by model.

Recaro seats are produced in batches for the UK market

We receive Recaro deliveries regularly and hold good stock of the popular models, so many go out quickly.

Demand for the bucket seats is worldwide and production runs to Recaro’s own schedule, so the less common models and trims can take considerably longer. Ask us and we will tell you where a specific seat stands.

Before you order

If you need a seat for a date, ring us first. We would rather give you an honest lead time up front than have you waiting on a seat that is between production runs.
