The Cobra Nogaro Circuit in carbon fibre, a fixed back bucket with harness slots. Part number NOGC-CC.

What the carbon buys you

Stiffness and finish. A carbon shell flexes less under load than fibreglass, so the seat feels more direct and the support does not soften as you lean on it through a long corner. And it looks like what it is, which on a car with a finished interior is part of the point.

What our own data does not show is a weight saving: both this and the fibreglass Circuit are recorded at 7.9kg. We are checking that figure with Cobra rather than repeating a claim we cannot stand behind, so if weight is your reason for choosing carbon, ask us before you order and we will get you a confirmed number.

The shell

910mm tall, 560mm wide, 490mm across the base, 710mm deep. Harness slots for a 4 or 6 point belt. Side mount only.

Cut for drivers over 6ft with a 32 to 36 inch waist.

Made to order

Allow four to six weeks. These are built to your trim specification rather than taken off a shelf, so plan the order around a season or an event rather than a weekend.

Amalfi leather with Dinamica suede, Amalfi with Tartan, or any one or two colour leather combination. Heated seat and lumbar available.

Road and Track approved, not FIA. Seat only. Tell us the car for mounts and a subframe.

Will I fit in this seat?

What do I need to fit it to my car?

Cobra seats are handcrafted in the UK

Each seat is built to the specification you choose, which is why the wait is what it is: on average around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the trim and options.

Cobra do not allow queue jumping. Orders are produced in the order they are received, so the earlier yours is placed the earlier it is built.

Made to your specification

Because each seat is made for your order rather than picked off a shelf, a made-to-specification seat cannot be cancelled once it is in production, and our special order terms apply.

Working to a date, or not sure which trim to pick? Ring us before you order. Getting the specification right at the start is far easier than changing it later.
