A 50mm webbing ratchet strap rated to 1,500kg, 2 metres long, with a snap hook fitting. Part number 23L0215.

The snap hook attaches to trailer D-rings and anchor loops without needing to thread the strap end through, which makes it quick to use when loading and unloading frequently. At 1,500kg capacity, this is TRS’s light-duty 50mm option, suited to securing equipment, spare wheels, and lighter loads in race transporters and trailers. For securing a car on a trailer, four straps at a quarter of the vehicle weight is the standard approach; at 1,500kg per strap this covers cars up to around 1,200kg (allowing headroom above the axle load per anchor point).

The heavier-duty alternative is MA630-0002 (2,200kg, snap hook, available in 2m or 3m) at £18. For general kit-securing and tool storage in a transporter, the 1,500kg rating is more than adequate.

TRS harnesses are held in depth

TRS produce in batches and we take deliveries weekly, and we hold large stocks of their most popular models. Most orders go out the same day.

Less common models and colours are a different matter, and can take up to a few weeks.
