The Seicento is tiny and light, and both of those shape the seat decision more than the frame does. There is very little width between the sill and the tunnel, so shell width is the first thing to check, and in a car this light a heavy steel framed seat undoes some of what you are trying to achieve.
Fitment
Steel, on the 345mm by 271mm base mount pattern, picking up the car’s own floor mounting points. Sparco, OMP and Corbeau base mount seats all share that spacing, whatever older copy on this range said about same brand fitment.
A side mount competition shell needs side mounts or adaption bars over the frame.
Ordering
One frame per seat, handed. Choose RHD driver or RHD passenger and order twice for the pair.
Tell us the seat you are fitting, and your height and build. In a car this small we would rather work the shell out with you first than send a frame and a seat that will not sit square once the door is shut.

Do I keep fore-and-aft adjustment?

Base mount or side mount, and does it matter?
