Cobra Seat Fabric (Cob-Fabric, £55) is Cobra’s upholstery material sold by the metre, for re-trimming existing seats. It is not a finished product in itself.
Material options: Basketweave, Corduroy, Houndstooth, Spacer Fabric, Tartan and Vinyl. Colours include Golf GTI Mk1 tartan and several tartan colourways alongside the standard palette. Choose the material and colour at checkout.
If you are re-trimming a seat, match the material to the original Cobra specification. Corduroy and Houndstooth appear in the Classic and Stuttgart ranges. Spacer Fabric runs through most of the bucket seat range. Tartan is used on the Nogaro Circuit and the Stuttgart. Vinyl covers the majority of the range.
Buy enough for the job before you start. Running short mid-trim is harder to resolve than ordering a small excess at the outset.

What do I need to fit it to my car?

How do I know it will feel right, not just fit on paper?
Makers publish widths and weights, never feel, and two seats with identical numbers can feel nothing alike. We keep the ranges on display in the showroom, you are welcome to come and sit in them, and our head support measurements guide shows the kind of real-world data we collect.
