The Cobra Nogaro Street in carbon fibre, a fixed back bucket for a standard three point belt. Part number NOGS-CC.

No harness slots on this one

The Street shell has no slots cut in the shoulders, so a 4 or 6 point harness cannot be used with it. If you want the carbon shell and a harness, the Circuit Carbon is the one to order, and the slots cannot be added afterwards.

For a road car keeping its factory belts, which is most cars this seat goes into, that is no loss at all.

Carbon rather than fibreglass

The gain is stiffness and appearance. A carbon shell resists flex under load, so the support stays consistent rather than softening as you push against it, and the finish is visible rather than hidden under trim.

Our data records the same 7.9kg for both constructions, which we are querying with Cobra. If you are buying carbon for weight, ask us first and we will get a confirmed figure rather than let you assume one.

The shell

910mm tall, 560mm wide, 490mm across the base, 710mm deep. Side mount only. Cut for drivers over 6ft with a 32 to 36 inch waist.

Made to order, so allow four to six weeks. Road and Track approved rather than FIA homologated.

Will I fit in this seat?

Each seat is built to the specification you choose, which is why the wait is what it is: on average around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the trim and options.

Cobra do not allow queue jumping. Orders are produced in the order they are received, so the earlier yours is placed the earlier it is built.

Made to your specification

Because each seat is made for your order rather than picked off a shelf, a made-to-specification seat cannot be cancelled once it is in production, and our special order terms apply.

Working to a date, or not sure which trim to pick? Ring us before you order. Getting the specification right at the start is far easier than changing it later.
